Computer keeps crashing randomly while I play cs go (although not that often) and crashes constantly while watching twitch (5-20 minutes before it crashes). It doesn't give me a blue screen and instead just blacks out and shuts down. I don't think it's temperature issues as I have an external fan running onto the laptop at all times.

Solution

If that's at idle, then the CPU is getting too hot. Remove the covers and blow out the dust with compressed air.

Just updated flash and disabled the built in one in chrome. (I'll be seeing if this helped)
I checked using Nvidia Geforce experience and there isn't any driver updates.

I'm in a naturally hot environment (New Mexico) so the room's pretty hot, is there a way to set the temperature it automatically shuts off at?

I'm monitoring temps and under use it's only hitting to max 79c.
