Question about upgrading a motherboard

Alright, So I have a 760GM-P34 It has a AM3+ Socket, If I get a new motherboard by msi, with an AM3+ socket, will I have to install a new bios? That is all, Thank you!

It shouldn't need a BIOS UPDATE for a CPU you ar running on that board.

With that processor you don't have to update the bios of the new motherboard. It should work out of the box.
