So I have been having problems since I put my PC together. Most parts are refurbished and new. Whenever I start my PC the fans spin but the screen doesn't turn on. After around 5 seconds or 20 seconds the fans stop and the video on the monitor stops. I noticed it stays on longer if the CPU is cooler. I tried doing some tests like the paper clip one with my PSU and it was 100% running. My motherboard should be working because the CPU gets nice and hot and the LEDs on my fans work as well.

My specs are:
A10 5800k APU
8GB PNY 1600 MHZ ram
500w EVGA PSU
Gigabyte F2A68HM HD2 Socket FM2
1TB WD Caviar Blue HDD
*No CPU heatsink/cooler
XON 560 Case

I think maybe it's because of the APU temps.
Note: Whenever I boot the PC I don't close the side panel maybe that's effecting it.
I also checked all the standoffs and screwed each standoff nice and snug. Double checked all wires for cuts and installations. There is no near Microcenter or places where I can get my parts checked. I'm thinking it is either a short or a heat problem. Opinions?

UPDATE: Most of the time PC will boot then go to the "Windows is loading files" screen and then shut down when it reaches full. After that it's 1 second boots and shutdowns. It once got to the Gigabyte UEFI BIOS screen then immediately turn off.
