What cpu cooler will keep a 8350 cool

Im wondering whats cpu cooler will keep a amd fx 8350 cool. I still have the stock heatsink and my cpu gets really hot and shuts down. It get to 80° Celsius under-load. Its not overclocked its at stock 4.0 GHz. My case is a cooler-master half 912 advanced my MOBO is a Gigabyte 990fxud3

Will this cooler block off any of the ram slots on my mobo http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4672#ov i have all them filled

Well thought out case airflow is also essential to keep that CPU cool. Have airflow going in to case front and exiting at the case rear. Also consider adding more case fans if room allows.

I actually bought a Noctua D14 (craigslist deal) and it had no AMD mounting brackets and i'm wondering if the Noctua NM-A90 Upgrade-Kit would work with the D14
