Recently built a new pc, and when playing CS:GO the game crashes, and I receive an audio loop. I have to go to the task manager and then end the task. This happens every time I try to play, and it occurs within 5-25mins of playing. Do not know what the problem is, and tried many solutions such as memtest, cpu tests, etc. Need help!
PC Specs:

Intel i5 4690k
Crucial DDR3-1600 (2x4gb)

Likely software issue when its recoverable... hardware issues tend to cause unrecoverable crashes (bsod, restart).

Tried reinstalling the game? How about other games? Are they running without issues?

It seems that when I use MSI Afterburner to increase my GPU voltage, the crashing stops, but the fps rate drops and my cpu usage is only around 60%. I think this is caused by the voltage im using for the GPU is being pulled from the CPU, causing the game to lower fps, since CS:GO is CPU based, or so I have read. Is there any way to balance eachother out? I have +12 volts added with MSI Afterburner, but i cannot go any lower then that. It automatically goes to 12, then to 25.
