so my pc was shutting down everytime after i turned it on which made me think: "there is probadly some dust in the fans" well i opened it and everything seemed fine except my cpu cooler so i removed it and cleaned it carefully and then putting it back. now there are two problems first it randomly turns on properly but then shuts down without warning ( so there is dust in the gpu fan too and i fon't have the proper equipment to clean it up) secondly when it does not open properly i get a BSOD like this (while it looks like the problem is not in the fans since i can't say which one of them is shutting down first) 0x0000009C (0x0000000000000004, 0xFFFF8800226DB60, 0,00000000BA06

Your CPU is most likely overheating since you didn't properly reinstall the cooler. Did you clean and re-apply thermal paste?

the overheating explains the reboots, but the bsod's are a different issue.

the bugcheck can also be explained by overheating reported by firmware.
bugcheck 0x9c = MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
parm 1 with a value of 4 = Firmware (FW) reported a fatal MCA.
