Hello everyone, this post might be very long but in the same time it might help a lot people that has the same problem I have. So basicly this started two years ago. I get some very short freezings, they are like half a second or less/more. I get these freezings when I play online games, for example MTA,/SAMP etc.
I had this problem in 3 different pc’s, I am lost so bad and this is the weirdest thing I ever had, it keeps following me on every pc I buy. I even bought a decent PC now, and I still have them, I think I broke the PC and now it’s too late. The freezings are on games such as CS:GO, when I shoot at someone and kill them, or MTA when I randomly drive or walk around a server. I think I need a GPU but I don’t want to waste any more money as I’m tired of this thing, I keep trying and trying to understand what’s wrong with my pc but I can’t realize. I changed all the peripherals, all the plugs, the whole system and they are not gone. (Even my Internet Modem). I really need some help, and I tried almost every thing, installed those games again, cleaned my PC with a vacuum cleaner every, every single thing, and they are not gone. I am now going to list the games I have the freezings on.
--------------------------------------
[ San Andreas MultiPlayer]
[ Multi Theft Auto]
[CS:GO – At the beginning only and when I kill somebody]
--------------------------------------
[[[System Specifications]]]

[Intel Core i3 4150]
[Intel HD Graphics 4400] – I think I should get a GPU to fix the freezings tho, but I’m scared as I don’t know if this causes the problem.
[4GB Ram DDR3]
[Windows 7 Ultimate 64]

You got an OK CPU but the onboard video in the i3 is not up to par to playing games, especially if you try to use higher settings.
You need to do some research about games and what you need to run them.

You'll need a proper video card, what you can get depends on what type of case and power supply your computer has.

A decent video card for games will start at about $100.

No, mate, i got a new GPU now which is Asus GT 730, and i still have those freezings in games such as SAMP, or Call of Duty, only offline games don't lag.

If you only have issues with online games it could be your internet connection or an issue with the network card. You may want to do a clean Windows setup and re-load the latest drivers from the vendor sites.
