So I have been having some PC issues lately, and decided to do a clean install of windows 7. The only things I have installed on my PC are the drivers, updated BIOS, steam, Blizzard portal, CCleaner and Bitdefender. When I Start my PC up, the windows start screen appears, and then it rests on a blank screen with the mouse button for a minute before actually loading windows. Does anyone know what this means, or if it is bad/what I can do about it?

I havent run Windows 7 in a long time, but when my Windows 8.1 is loading up, I sometimes see a black, blank screen for 10-15 seconds. But not every time.
I know that happens every time the first boot after Windows Update ran. The rest of the time, its maybe 10% of the boots that it does that.
I dont think its a problem. I think its just Windows loading everything before its gotten the desktop fully populated.
