Can't access a specific website

The website in question is, www.twitch.tv

I was watching a stream and my internet cut-out which sometimes happens and I just ran a troubleshoot and it reset network adapter and internet started working again. This is affecting all my devices and I cannot access twitch.tv on anything. I have also 'pinged' and 'tracert' in CMD and it eventually times out.

I don't know why...

I have restarted my PC, unplugged my router to no avail. I have also checked my hosts file and nothing is there.

Please someone help me fix this as I would really like to go back to watching streams.

When I tracert twitch.tv, I don't really see much either.
