Hello, how important is Motherboard, Processor, and RAM in gaming?
Do I need to buy expensive motherboard/processor?
Is it going to affect a lot?
Then what should I do?
I'm newbie. Thanks

Solution

The GPU is far more importent then the Cpu in gaming & you DON`T have to buy a very expensive motherboard.
With a expensive motherboard you are NOT getting any more fps in games then with a cheap motherboard ;)
Get a Good i5 unlocked cpu and you are set for gaming :) No need for a expensive i7 for exsample.
8 gb ram is indeed the sweetspot.

Spend the same on your processor as you do the GPU (roughly; also a general rule)
Motherboard is fairly important, don't cheap out and it also depends on your requirements, i.e. get a good one if you want to overclock.
RAM again quite important, you don't need more than 8 Gb for gaming.

Post your parts, budget and requirements and we can fill in the gaps. :)

everything is base on your needs...

if it for gaming you need 2X4 gb DDR3 1600/1866mhz depending if you choose to overclock or not
it depend on which kind of games you play (hardcore or basic games)
the motherboard is the same way ...if you want to overclock you need one with a good vram and good heatsink to protect against the heat during overclocking ... and if you need to go for SLI in the futur ...a Z97 mobo will do the job on almost all Z97 mobo

but if you do not want to overclock and keep all at the base clock and do not want to go on SLI in the futur ( i mean using only one gpu card ) you do not need a Z97 mobo ..only H97 or B85 motherboard will do the job fine

a good knowed psu brand is important if you do not want to damages all your components , and you need to calculate the power requirement for you rig , above all when you do overclocking or SLI gpu card or CROSSFIRE ( amd)
