Hi there guys, my cd/dvd drive is causing me a fair bit of hassle. I've been trying for about 3 hours now, and have had to do about 20 resets because of explorer.exe crashes. When i insert a blank dvd disc and right click the D: drive, it will either crash for about 5-10minutes or completely crash explorer.exe to the point where the toolbar and all desktop icons(apart from the wallpaper) are missing. This also happens when I try to burn something to a disc it will do pretty much similar things, and will refuse to let me eject the disc while its in this crashing stage.
I'm fully up to date on drivers, windows updates etc.
