I am trying to install a new Os on my pc ,but seems nothing work ! Cpu intel p4 3ghz ,Mb Abit IS7,ram 2,5gb
Error code : 0x 0000000A

Yes , I am trying to install Windows 8.1 ,but no Luck!!! ,Windows 7 Ultimate x86 it works! Any ideas with win 8.1 ?!? If I have the F... Money I will build a house ! but no cash !!!

Windows 8.1 requires hardware support for virtualization; eXecute Disabled (XD) also has to activated in the BIOS. If those options are not available in the BIOS (it may be because the CPU doesn't support those features), then you can't install Windows 8 or newer.

Anyway I can say only That : I install windows 8.1 on a lower platform( in my opinion) Cpu amd Athlon x64 (1,8ghz) Mb Asus not dual channel only 3 slot memory 2gb ,the rest is the same on the rig above, psu,hdd,optical unit,ram,graphic card all the same !and it starts and run win 8.1 x 86 (32bit)

That's because AMD started supporting virtualization (AMD-V) on all processors before Intel.
