Hi, This is my first time building a computer, and i was wondering if my build will work (Will the cpu overheat etc.)

Build:
Gigabyte GTX 970
Intel Core i5 4590
Z97-D3H motherboard
A 550W PSU (forgot :s)
Intel Stock cooler (might get a cheap CoolerMaster one)
8G DDR3 RAM 1333mhz

What i forgot to ask, will the gpu fot in a CoolerMaster 342 case? If now will it fit in a CoolerMaster N300? Thanks
