Will the Antec VP450 work out just fine with this build?

INTEL PENTIUM G3220
MSI H81M-P33
KINGSTON 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB DDR5 128BIT
WESTERN 1TB BLUE

The stores here offer low grade PSUs. I have only taken consideration about this Antec VP450 and the Corsair VS450.

It will work just fine. I built a couple of very similar PC's in the last couple of months with that exact PSU.
Solid unit.

Some are telling me that I should go with the Seasonic S12II-520 but it's a bit costly compared to the Antec VP450. And my build only needs around 260-300W based on pcpartpicker.com so maybe I'll just be overpaying on the PSU if I go with that, so can you please tell me if the Antec VP450 will just be fine for this build so the extra money that will be spent on the PSU will be used for some other peripherals.

Let me give you a clear perspective of this. Your entire system is a budget build and the graphics card R7 260X only require a 450W PSU with 19Amps on a single +12V rail. Now lets check the PSUs we have here:

Antec VP450 - 450W with 29Amps on two +12V rails combined.

Corsair VS450 - 450W with 34Amps on a single +12V rail.

Your rig is a budget build and either of these quality budget PSU's will handle it with ease.

Cheers!
