So I cloned my main drive to a brand new 256 GB SSD drive using the Acronis software by western digital. When I went to reboot my computer it says that it cannot find any operating systems on any of my drives. Both drives are internal SSD drives. Tried changing the reboot order, restarted a million times but it did help. I had to install windows 10 on a USB and then install it on to one of my other hard drives. That worked fine and I was able to see that both my original and cloned drives had the identical information and look fine in terms of the data and programs that were supposed to be there. So then I decided to delete the date on that cloned drive just in case it was an issue with having identical drives. That did not work either so I don't know what to do. Please help!! OS is Win 8.1.

You said "Windows 10" - then you say "Windows 8.1" - Which is it ???

Windows 10 is controlled directly by Microsoft - you log on with your Microsoft ID. If the OS has become corrupted in any way just download another copy from their Technical Preview members page.

If you are on Windows 8.1 then I have to say that Microsoft don't like you cloning their operating system (whatever other TomsHardware users think) and the technique doesn't always succeed. Just reinstall the OS from the installation media or the recovery partition on the original disk.
