Unable to use internet in one room of my house

Recently me and my family switched Internet service providers. We switched from Verizon Fios to Comcast Xfinity. The problem that I'm having is that it seems that any device in my bedroom cannot access the internet. My desktop, my laptop and my PlayStation 4 all say they are connected to our Wi-Fi and they all say that they have 100% signal strength, but when ever I try to do anything such as watch Netflix on my Playstation 4 or browse the internet on my computer or laptop they all sit there trying load them. But the weird part is that this only happens in my bedroom, no other room of the house. When I take my playstation and laptop into any other room they are magically able to use the internet perfectly, but as soon as I take them back to my room they can no longer access the internet despite being connected to my Wi-Fi and having perfect signal strength. This problem started as soon as I switched service providers. It seems like I've tried everything to fix this problem, I even restored my desktop to factory settings and that didn't change anything. So far the only clue I've gotten as to what might be wrong is my desktop says that the DNS server is unavailable when I try trouble shooting. So, I tried fixing the DNS problem but was unable to. The only device that is able to use the internet in my room without any problems is my Iphone.

Please Help.

My first thought is that the Wi-Fi signal in your bedroom is really, really weak. iPhones normally have some pretty good antennas, so Im not surprised that it can get the signal. the rest of the system most likely has cheaper antennas, and are failing to get a solid connection going.

Unfortunately, Comcast is not a company that is known for its good customer service. In fact, its quite the opposite. But if I was you, I would call them and tell them that you have a dead spot in your bedroom, and that none of your computers will connect, and see if they will come out and resolve that problem for you.

Or maybe you could move one of the access points closer to your bedroom. You know your home. I don't. So I don't know whats possible there.

Well WIfi broadcasts in 2 different bands 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz. Most households devices use 2.4 like microwaves and other things SO you have more devices sharing bandwidth. Then you have 5 ghz which is less used and potentially faster it doesn't do good with traveling through walls. Also you could look into WIfi extenders on the internet.
