Limited Connectivity Error

Hell i'm Ben and I am having trouble with my wireless desktop I have. One day I shut it down and when I came back and turned it on the next day It has this error in the bottom right of my screen.
I have a TP-LINK wireless card which says i'm connect to my connection but not to the internet.
I have some experience with computers but i've been trying to fix this for 1 month now and cant find anything please help!!

Yeah I tried almost everything The NETSH thing on winsock and the other, I tried updateing devices and nothings working fro me. My other devices work fine on the wifi but the error just suddly appeared out of no were when I turned my pc back up. I havent been able to use it for couple months now and I want to fix it so bad now
