What do you mean by "how to install"? Just like installing any other RAM. Push the locks at each end of the DIMM slots down until the RAM is released, remove the old modules, then install the new ram in the reverse order until the locks click back into place in the cutouts at the end of each module. Simple enough really. Like this:

That board does not support 16GB modules. 8GB modules are the largest capacity they support. 32GB must be obtained using 4x 8GB modules. 2x 16GB modules is not supported.
Depends on the model number, but it should work. The size per module is supported and as long as the voltage and chip density are compatible, it would be supported.
