did you mess up with the card BIOS? try looking here:

http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/

it is better to leave the original BIOS setting intact unless you know what you're doing.

that's the only place that i know for getting VGA BIOS. probably you'll end up need to ask HIS support directly. what exactly goes wrong with your card?
