Should I swap my gigabyte gtx 670 for a r9 280x (also gigabyte) plus 30$?

Someone is selling a r9 280x for 230$ and someone wants to buy my gtx 670 for 200$.Is it worth it to do this and buy the 280x??

It's not much of an upgrade: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-review,review-32899-7.html The extra tier equates to about 5-20% extra depending on game: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/R9_280X_Gaming/
Main advantage is the R9 280X carries 1Gb extra memory, biggest disadvantages are its higher power consumption, heat output and, possibly noise.
It's your call but for <>$30 I'd do the swap, if for no other reason than the extra memory.
