Very slow texture loading

My problem has appeared after a fresh install of win 8.1. The "symptoms" are a very slow loading of texture or any data from my 3rd HDD, i cant test the other 3 because they are full with other important data (not related to gaming just work stuff, i do matlab programing on some large volume data filles). When i load Crysis 3 i wait about 2-3 mins to get the into the game (it took usually 10-15 secs) and when i get into the game i see just walls and ground and weapons without any texture on them and it takes about 5 minutes to load (usually it took 2 secs), same in dragon age inquisition, takes about 10-15 minutes to load(it took usually 2-3 mins). I did all sorts of test crystal, atto etc, all reading are normal around 90 MB/s, in windows 10 i dont have this issue, only in 8.1. Read and write speed and loads are normal when i copy items but in games has this strange issue. The hdd has 1 TB, i dont want to install 7 or 10 i just want win 8.1.

My build as in my signature. My hdd are 1x 250 GB (boot drive),1X320 GB (games kits), 1x500 GB (work filles), 1x1 TB (installed games). And yes i know windows 8.1 sometimes loads the hdd's into 100% and it didnt in that moment, actually when it come to texture loading osscillates very badly between 0% and 100%, 1 sec is 100% 1 sec is 0% and so on. Can anyone help me?

Open My Computer, right click the drive that is slow, select properties, then tools, and run Check Disk. If you run it as an administrator, it can try to repair the problems for you.

I suspect your drive has accumulated some bad sectors. In a best case, it can map replacement sectors for the bad ones. In the worse case, your drive is in the process of dying. In either case, I would get as much data off of that drive as soon as you possibly can or you may lose all of it.

Thx for reply, well i dont worry about losing data on that disk because i have only games on that drive so i can re-download them via steam and origin, well thx for the heads up. I will check through check disk and post the results, now i m off in a delegation with work, i will be home in 2 days to check disk. I will plan a replacement in the near future.

EDIT: what i dont understand why just in 8.1 and not in 10 or 7, it worked flawlessly till few days ago when i had to re-install windows 8.1 (on the 250 GB hard, not on the problem one).

It is not about now, yesterday night before i left for the delagation, i installed windows 10 and it worked great, then i thought it was a bad install of the win 8 and installed again, again same issue in the same night one OS would work great the other one has this issue. I hate windows 10 icons, they are like win 95, and from windows 7 i dont benefit from the latest directx support so i dont know what to say, but more details in 2 days when i can run some more tests and checks.

EDIT: Got home made some checks, you was right hdd is almost dead, has 15 bad sectors and another 775 about to fail, health state is 40% but performance is 100% so thats why all becnhmarks worked good. All chcked with HDS.
