Hello.

I am once again finalizing everything for this build. I am going to use this build for gaming, video rendering, Skype, video recording, mass storage, and a load of applications running at the exact same time. Once again, I want to ask you guys about this build's performance, quality, longevity, temperature, power consumption, and pretty much everything a decent build does. Also, is this build good for resolutions like 720p - 1080? I am planning to use my current 16.5" display that can support up to 1366x768 resolution. I currently don't have plans to change to a 1080p monitor.

The Build:

Case: Cougar Challenger with 1 x 120mm fan and 1 x 200mm fam
CPU: AMD FX-8350
MoBo: MSI 970 Gaming
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2gb
RAM: 2 x 8gb G.skill RipjawsX 1866 Mhz CL9 (Total of 16gb)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 7200 RPM 64 MB cache 1TB
SSD: Crucial BX100 250gb
HSF: Cooler Master Hyper T4
PSU: Seasonic M12II 620W Bronze
Optical Drive: Asus 24x SATA DRW-24B5ST
Case Fans: 4x Thermaltake 120mm Red LED
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit SL

I might have plants to slightly overclock the CPU and the GPU.

Thanks!

The only i5 processors i can see are way too overpriced. FX processors aren't really dead yet. I like to use my PC for a lot of applications at the same time and multi-threaded applications. I'm planning to upgrade from my dual core Pentium e5400. The FX processors I can find are bargains. I personally would go with AMD because it wouldn't really wreck my electricity bill and it save me a few bucks than Intel's powerful processors. ( Not a fanboy of any of these companies )
