Best 650w PSU under 70 pounds

I cannot decide on a PSU,I decided to get 650w for the headroom although i know i dont need anywhere near that much for this system(Although i do plan on upgrading)

Right now im thinking about this one(I would like semi-modular),also ive heard alot of bad things about Corsair PSU's so im staying away from them.

The Antec is a solid unit, I had the 80+ Silver 1200W version of it and its still going strong after 7 years. Plus it has 24/7 support and a 5 year warranty.

This one is too much and i definitely wont ever need 750w.Out of the ones ive picked would you recommend the XFX or Antec

Ive heard alot of good about Antec and out of 11 reviews its got 5 stars while the XFX has 4 1/2 from 10 reviews.
