How to make my PC quieter

So I have a fairly "loud" desktop computer I got from digital storm, the vanquish 2 (not available anymore). Can someone give me some suggestions on what I could do to make it quieter, maybe get different case fans, if that's possible, or do something to turn the fans down in the settings? Thanks!

I would recommend Noctua fans, very quiet and work incredibly well.

A fan controller is my second choice. Speed Fan may let you control your fan speeds.

A physical fan controller allows you to turn up or down the fan speed.
