Does it wake back up instantly or after time? For kicks you can try to unplug the ethernet and put it to sleep, it may have Wake on LAN turned on or something similar.
You may have to disable allow this device to wake the computer on some devices in the device manager. The bios may also have some similar options(check your manual).
Network is a very common one if the computer randomly wakes up.
Opening the command prompt and typing powercfg /lastwake may give you an idea of what last woke the system up.

That's a command I did not know, awesome. Thank's for sharing! That might come in handy from some of the few thousand call center PC's we manage. Normally look it up other ways but that command will be easier in some circumstances.
