Best Mobo for Overclocking FX 6300?

I've seen a few threads on here about this subject, but none seem to have a definitive answer...if there is one. What's the motherboard I should go with to overclock an FX-6300? Does an option exist under $100? I have an MSI 970a-G43 now.

Full Specs:
-MSI R9 270x 2GB
-8 GB Ram
-MSI 970a-G43 mobo
-Hyper 212 Evo cooler

There are a few options. The msi 970a g43 is not a good overclocker as there are no heasinks on the VRM's.
I'd go for any of the two boards below = both are very good

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $79.98
OR
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($85.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $85.98

Personally I'd go with the gigabyte.
