LGA1150 vs LGA1155

Good day everyone.
Title says the most, but my question would be, what if I buy a LGA1150 port/socket motherboard, will my i3-2120 LGA1155 work with it? It's not that hard of a question, and I really would appreciate if you could anwer.

No, you will need to buy a new cpu that has 1150 socket. The problem is that well 1150 has 1150 pins and 1155 has 1155 pins. So either way that cpu will not work in an 1150 board.
