For just about a week at this point, my computer has been downloading things really slowly, Like 30 kb/s slowly. I've tried just about everything aside from installing a new OS to fix it. I've removed basically every file that didn't come with the computer, I've cleaned the registry, I've tried connecting to other networks. I don't know what to do.
If it helps at all, I get a pop-up evry time Irestart that says up connection manager has stopped working, and shortly after that up support assistant has stopped working
Clearly I'm not computer savy enough to figure this out so I'm asking for help
