How to tell if RAM is compatible with motherboard

Hey guys i am currently running a Gigabyte H87-D3H and i was wondering if the corsair g.skill ripjaws 16 gb wud be compatible with it ? here is the ram link?Could you also tell me what PSU i can upgrade to?

i7 4770 3.40 ghz
GTX 650 (upgrading it to a 980)
Coolmax 600W PSU
Corsair Value select 8gb ram.

Looks fine. You can tell by consulting your motherboard manual. The max ram speed your motherboard handles is 1600, but RAM is down-clocked to the fastest supported speed.
