I just built a new computer and recently an error message is popping up when I startup the computer. It says the following:

C:\Users\ROBERT~1\AppData\Local\Temp\203647Log.iniis lost

Does anyone know what this means because its I have also had some crashing issues and stuttering. For example when I run Tekkit (Minecraft with a bunch mods) it will frequently crash and say it runs out of memory.

It's AiSuite related.

"I have also had some crashing issues and stuttering. For example when I run Tekkit (Minecraft with a bunch mods) it will frequently crash and say it runs out of memory. "
This can have different cause, possibly memory related.

Thanks that solved the start-up message and I figured out the minecraft thing. I still don't know why it's stuttering though. For other games it will just start to stutter and when I try to launch an actual battle (menu still works) in star wars battlefront 2 the game will just crash.

I think I might have an answer for you, as I have recently had the same issue.
Have you run a cleaning program such as System Ninja or CCleaner recently? If so, it might have deleted this temporary log file which was actually being used by a scheduled task of some sort. You should be able to find the offending task and delete it in Task Scheduler. Let me know if that works.

Are you talking about the error message because I already solved that?

I just was playing Saints Row 3 with all maxed out settings 1080p and my gpu got to 61 degrees and cpu was a little over 50. I will try installing different driver versions tomorrow and update you then. btw idle temp for my gpu is around 31 degrees

Ok so I know its been a little longer than I said but I wanted to do plenty of testing. I have tried different drivers but I still get that stutter like stuff happening. Although it does happen more under load I would say it does seem to vary based on what driver I am using. It will also occur at random times too. For example I started up my computer (not limited to startup) 10 minutes ago and shortly after logging in the cursor would just be unresponsive in short amounts of time rapidly. I was also playing L4D2 and when I tried to use a medpack to heal myself I had to hold down Mouse 1 and it kept restarting applying the medpack as if I let go of the button.

Could I have a hardware problem? Is there something wrong with my graphics card or maybe even my mouse?

I could try testing out the mouse as there is one lying around here somewhere.

Here's my full specs.

ASUS Z97-E Motherboard
Intel i5 4690K Unlocked Quad Core Processor
Raijintek Genesis Series Agos ATX Mid Tower Case
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6Gbps 3.5IN Internal Hard Drive
ASUS DRW-24F1ST 24X SATA DVD Writer Black
Corsair CX Series CX600M 600W ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Modular Power Supply
Kingston HyperX Fury Memory Black 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1866 CL10 Dual Channel Memory Kit
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 G1 OC 1307MHZ 2GB 7.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI 3XDISPLAYPORT PCI-E Video Card

Just something else on the side; very recently my computer shut down during use and when I turned it back on there was some message about a power surge. I did look it up and it said I may have to replace my PSU but it seemed fine at the time and I didn't want to spend the extra money. Then again, this is a new build so it may have absolutely nothing to do with it. Just thought you might know.

Ok I will test another PSU but I don't have any lying around. Is there any you would recommend based on my specs? (Price isn't a huge deal)

Btw just want to say thanks for all the help so far. You've been a lifesaver!
