Well I would be happy to help you friend. I live in America, but there are tools online that I can use to help you figure out a good build in your currency. Check out these two sites: pcpartpicker.com and logicalincrements.com The fist site allows you to put builds together and compare prices of parts, while also giving you build guides to work off of, the second one gives you compatible build suggestions. If you would kindly give me a few minutes, I can see what your 500 Euros can get you.

This is the best I could do for you for 550 Euros. Unfortunately pc parts seem to be super expensive in other countries. What European country are you from? The only country I could find on pcpartpicker.com that uses euros as currency was Spain, and the build I've listed is what you can get there for 550 euros. But prices and availability change from country to country, I would loo up the price of each part in your country and see how it compares to my build. The build is not bad, but it isn't good either. This build has a decent graphics card that can run Battlefield 4 at 40-60 fps at ultra settings on a 1080p monitor. But the cpu will likely bottleneck the gpu, so you'll get reduced performance. However, if you find that in the future you have enough money to buy a better cpu cooler than the stock one that you get for free, you can overclock the processor to ridiculous levels. Overclocking can be frightening to beginners, but with internet guides nowadays, it's easier and safer than ever, and if you do it, this processor can compete with even the best processors nowadays. However a cpu cooler for that scenario would cost you at least 50 euros, but like I said, you can always upgrade later.
