Hey guys! I'd like to know if this OLD OLD graphics card could be updated. I tried going to the Intel Download Center, but found nothing. Currently running Win-Vista 64bit. Here is the Speecy for the GPU.

(Changed my visual settings for best performance)

This is the support page for you model.
It states you have a pcie slot and a 300watt power supply.

With a 300 watt power supply the best card you can run is a GeForce gtx750ti without the extra power connector(no factory overclocked models).
It budget is a concern then a 730 64bit gddr5 is about as low as you want to go for light gaming and movies and videos.
If gaming is not a concern a 720 or 730 is a good choice for multimedia and a snappy desktop.

While we're at it, do you think I should get a new CPU, if so, which one? Sometimes while I'm gaming (usually on League of Legends on low setting) or just on the internet, my CPU can peak to 55-100% usage. Got a stock cooler with the CPU so I can't overclock it... Planing to build a budget gaming computer soon, just want the computer to last a bit more so my family can still use it

Since your game only uses one or partial 2 cores I would suggest this processor.
The supported 4 core processors are the same speed as your dual core so it would not be an upgrade for your game.
•Core 2 Duo E7500 (W) (2.93GHz /1066 MHz) 3 MB L2 cache; Dual Core (65W)
