Hello,
So this morning I plugged my headphones into my front panel headphone jack & when I watched a video, it seemed all I was hearing was the background sounds & music, and no dialogue. When I went into the speakers properties for the headphones, the jack information registered the front panel, & five of the back panel jacks as operating under the one setup. I only have my headphones plugged in at the front, and a set of stereo speakers plugged into the back green input.

I had a couple of usb cables reaching across a room the night before that someone almost tripped over and yanked at the front panel, so I thought there could be an issue with the internal cables from the front panel to the motherboard, but I don't think it could be the problem since I'm hearing some sounds & I would have thought I'd be hearing none at all if it was a cabling problem.
I've tried Windows troubleshooting, but it couldn't come up with a response, and I've tried reinstalling Realtek HD Audio but neither option solved anything. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with something like this?
