I would like to max out my memory i would like to know how much can i install what is some good memory cards?

Thanks, what would be better or the best using a 4x4gb or the 2x8gb? Again i'm new to this How could the 4x4 hurt my computer? I see memory sticks over the net for sale and they are very affordable.

4x4GB only, your mobo specs show no support for 8GB sticks, and no harm from four sticks, I've been maxing out DRAM on my rigs going back to about 2008 or so
