This is what I am thinking of doing for my first computer build what do you guys think? I'm using it for game recording and making videos. Will it work well? Also I need Ideas for monitors, keyboard, mouse, and microphone what would you guys recommend? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also what operating system should I use Windows 7 or 8? http:// <- Link to computer.

You can still go even cheaper, like I was saying, you're way overspending for an unestablished youtube channel.

Here's a complete package:

You don't need a 6-12 core i7. 16GBs of ram should be all you need for now, you can get another 16 for 32 total if you feel you still need more later. You can install a few games to the SSD, and save videos to the HDD. If you want to keep a backlog of videos, you want to build/buy a Network Attached Storage device. (it's basically just a computer with only hard drives) Start out with 1 980 for now, if you think you need another you can get another for SLI, but don't jump the gun. The PSU is enough for 2 of them. Windows 8 just runs better than 7, and you can install www.classicshell.net and it will...

You'll want 2 monitors, the $250 is your gaming monitor, where you play the games on, the $130 is your side monitor so you can see your recording software, your twitch chat, whatever. Serious Youtubers don't use "headsets", they use a microphone and headphones combo. The Blue Yeti is a well recommended starter microphone until you're ready to invest in a serious professional audio microphone arm and ect.

It's still not very wise to drop all this money for trying to get famous on youtube, considering it's like nearly impossible.
