I need to know which recording program i should use for now (i got low specs), i tried to use Action! and my fps dropped hard (about 30-40) while playing LOL besides the file size is huge to upload

CPU : C2D 6600 / 2.4
GPU : HD 5450
RAM : 2GB
OS : Win 7 32 Ulti.
