Memory Clock Offset Question

Where should this typically be put at when overclocking. I have 2 970s and the core clock is only at +75. I haven't run into any problems but when should I touch the memory? Should it always he higher than my core clock?

Depends on the card as to how much you can OC. Some are already highl;y OC'd eg Gigabyte G1, Zotac.
