I'm in a dilemma right now.

What should I buy!!!?

A cheap psu+ Good brand mobo
*vs450w* + *MSI Mobo*

or

Good PSU + Cheap motherboard
*EVGA 500b* + *Biostar h61m*

I ain't buying whole rig here.
Just planning to upgrade

gtx 960 = 235$ * In here *
vs450 = 40$
or
evga 500b = 50$

Biostar h61m= 40$
or
Msi h61m = 55$

My budget is not to go past 330$

So my problem is what to cheap out.. I know it's a bad idea to cheap out components specially mobo and psu
but I'm on a really tight budget.. Do you think vs 450w can handle gtx 960+i5 4th gen+8gbs of ram
Am I pushing the vs450 to the limit? or It can spare for atleast 2-3 yrs

Or If I pick the good psu+ cheap mobo, Is there any difference in performance? The durability? Am I really missing some good feature of Msi?
WIll the biostarh61m handle gtx 960+i5 4th gen and 8gbs of ram for atleast 2-3 yrs?

Please help I'm really new here.

Unless you say otherwise, then you are in the US. In my signature, I asked you to tell me if you are not in the US.

And its useless to say where you're not. You have to say where you are. Otherwise, you just waste everyone's time.

I use "$" sign for everyone to know the equivalent when it's converted in our currency.

I've now searching products on my own and I've been checking what you suggested but the xfx550 is 75$ in here

So yeah sorry for inconvenience.
