Okay, I have searched and searched and only found one other member here who had the same issue, with the difference that he never pin pointed what was wrong and nobody knew the problem.

So here's my dilemma, upon overclocking my CPU (no matter the clock or voltage anything that is not stock) everything will work fine, no instabilities, games run well etc etc. Now lets hit restart and it all goes to shits, the entire PC is slow as balls and things will literally not load, restart again and it will be fine, restart again and it won't. I killed myself over trying to find why and today i stumbled upon one notable thing after i was told to test my ram. (I did test my ram, with memtest on OS mem test on bootbale, trouble shot the RAM individually and by that i mean, i ran the overclock on the CPU did stability tests, all good then restart and kapaow!!)

Here's what i found

On Speccy instead of displaying 8 gig @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24) as it normally does (will show 16 with both sticks) on the time when it runs slow it will display 8 gig @ 0MHz (9-9-9-24)

So it's a RAM issue, I have heard of MOBO's trying to change things on their own too much which stuffs things up , so on BIOS i switched all the clocks and voltage control etc on my RAM to normal instead of AUTO, or manually inserted voltage and speeds (this made no difference)
problem remained the same.

My specs are:

G1 Sniper M5
i5 4670k
16gig 2x8 Corsair Dominator @1333MHz
Corsair Hi80 water cooling
Corsair 800watt PSU
EVGA GTX 970

please help my kind sirs and madame's :)
