Will there be CPU and GPU after upgrade temp problems?

Hey guys, so I upgraded my GPU from GTS 450 to GTX 760 and now I'm upgrading my cpu from Intel i5 650 2core, to i5 4690k. I also have to change my motherboard so my new processor fits it. I'm getting the ASUS 97z. So, all of these upgrades should make a big difference in performance.

But what about the temperature? Do you think it's nesscerry to buy a new cooler aswell? My budget is very low atm as I'm spending all my money on these.

So please, give me any advices on if I should get a new cooler or is it fine if it handled these well.

Any suggestions of a cheap cooler to buy if needed?

Your processor comes with a cooler, it's quite adequate if you are not overclocking. And also pretty quiet. Buying a cheap cooler, I wouldn't do it.

What about if I was to plan on overclocking in the future. What should I concider getting or doing before it, just to be safe?

Thanks in advance

I use watercooling, I have the Corsair h110i, but I get the impression that Nzxt make better ones. I've heard good things about scythe though, ofte able to keep the temperature as low as watercoolers.
