Ok. I got my own solution. And it works. I cannot find anyway to open the safe mode screen or the option where can I repair my OS and back it in the way it used to be working fine. I can't even use the F8 or Shift 8 method because of the UEFI etc that I read on the other solution. I found some ideas on the recent solution of other AWESOME PEOPLE who solve the same problem. use a bootable or a DVD or CD installer and run it. In my case, I'm using a windows 8 laptop. And I don't have windows 8 installer to repair or format it. So I used windows 7 installer. Instead of reformmating it, I clicked REPAIR option to make my laptop work again to the way it used to be. And that's all. It automatically restore your laptop or pc to the time that it works properly. Thanks to the other solutions you have shared. :)

(Sorry for my wrong grammar, if there's. :3)
