Im mainly interested in games like dying light and gta 5 and this would be my first pc. Please help me select a build in my budget to run those games. I was thinking of a r9 270 with an i5 4460 but its variable. I just need the pc no montior or OS or accessories. Definitely intel and quad core.

>> you get faster RAM (1600 mhz vs 2133 mhz)
>> you get better motherboard chipset (H97 low end chipset vs 990FX chipset)
>> you get 4 more cores

Also, save up untill 560$ or so, and get CoolerMaster Seidon 120V (liquid refrigeration) and your pc will be fresh all times :)

Ram speed don't affect gaming performance.
Chipsets don't affect gaming performance.
The 4 extra cores are useless for gaming.

Exactly the build by brunostako is excellent so kudos. The only problem seems to be all the parts are extremely overpriced in the uae so i dont know how to fit it within the budget.
