List of compatible motherboards for the Intel i5-4430 (LGA 1150 socket):
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#s=24&sort=a8&page=1&m=7,8,18,27

H81/B85/Z87 are the older chipsets that also work with Intel Haswell

H97/Z97 are the newer chipset motherboards that will also support Intel i5 Broadwell (5xxx) series processors.

Z87 and Z97 are for overclocking.

Choose the one you can afford, or list your budget then we can pick for you.

I would go for an H97 board. You can save a little money by going for an H81, but I feel you're sacrificing more than it's worth.

There are many decent quality H97 boards including Asrock H97 Anniversary or Pro4, Gigabyte Ga-H97-HD3 MSI H97M-G43 and plenty of others.

USB 3.0 is useful to have. Once you have to transfer lots of data from your USB drive to your PC for example it will transfer quite a bit faster.

The H97 boards usually have newer/better features but not necessarily that you would notice them.

Your case has two USB 3.0 connectors at the front aswell.
