ram 6gb gddr2
nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti 128bit 2 gb gddr5
i know that my specs does not meet any of these games requirement but i watched several of videos on youtube like gta v on core 2 duo and far cry 4 on core 2 duo but these games run even better in just little bit i want to ask can i setting these games on low resulotion or any other stuff.........or on low fps etc and then i can play these type of game

Solution
That's because Assassins Creed Rogue is a last gen game - it was only released on 360 and PS3. You were asking about current gen consoles and I'm fairly certain Assassins Creed Unity, which is a current gen game, will not run at all well on a core 2 processor.

No, there are plenty of games that won't even launch on a dual core CPU, and plenty more that will launch but will be horrible. Even upgrading to a Core 2 Quad won't help, a Core i5 (or AMD equivalent) really is the minimum for many new games.

but i forgot to write that i have play assassins creed rouge on core 2 duo and amd radeon hd 6350 gpu and assassins creed rouge required core 2 quad and much higher gpu but i complete the game without any hanging or crashing and that game run perfectly on my pc spec

i3's are the minimum you should have on the intel side, FX-6300 on the amd side.

Depends on how old, I wouldn't fancy running an i3 530 with current gen games, for example. Even a more modern Broadwell i3 struggles in plenty of games.
