and in this site the guy i talked to the live chat and in the phone promised to build me a pc and deliver it in 24 hours and im not sure if its a scam or not
he listed his phone number, i talked to him in the chatroom he talked me out off getting a gtx titan x and tolled me i should get a gtx 980 and also talked me out of getting an i7-5960x and instead get an i7-4790k
so he talked me out of getting the items that would be too expansive i didnt even tell him my budget
i also asked were he's located and tolled me his located in ajman which is like 2-3 hours drive from where i live in the UAE
so is this guy telling the truth or is he scamming people? should i buy a pc from him? how can i make sure he's telling the truth? im afried that he will take the money and not deliver me anything?
