i am in america and that about 1500$ correct. If that is right then here are the parts i like and recommend
intel core i7 5820k
gigabite x99 gaming 7
ripjaws 4 8-16gb kit (it is up to you how much you need)
corsair h110gt
corsair 750d
corsair rm850
any nvidia gtx 970
or amd r9 290x
you may want to do cross fire if you are adventurous
and over clocking is always a way to get more out of you components
