Different File Allocation size on C: and E: cause of freezing?

Just a quick question :
My ssd with my OS C has the default file allocation size 4KB but when formatting my storage drive E (2TB internal) I set it to 64KB assuming it would make it a bit faster..

Anyway.. I've been getting freezes lately when using Photoshop an I was wondering if this could be something to do with it?
PS is installed on C but my images are on E. Obviously the image would be loaded into memory before editing but could there be some size conflict between the 4KB and 64KB allocation causing the crashes?

Solution
Like I said, the file allocation size (block size) increases for larger hard drives. This is 100% normal and how things work. Yes, this is accounted for by operating systems and this isn't going to cause any problems.

huh? I don't follow..
I set the file allocation size to 64KB myself when I was formatting the E drive. What I mean is: should all my drives have the same file allocation size?

For example..

if I was moving a file that was 68KB from E to C.. on E the file would take up 128KB of space as it would be 2x64KB with the remaining 60KB free,

but on C it would be 68KB since it would be 17x4KB.

Does that make sense?
Does windows account for this?
Would it copy the whole 128KB to C and then cut it back down to the 68KB file size?
Would it cause problems?
