i keep having my computer on all day in my living room.

No its just warm air coming out, its not dangerous. The only harm it will give to you is that it will get a bit hot in the summer days in your living room.

No. It is not bad the computer needs airflow to keep parts cool. If you leave it on a lot or any kind of use you want to keep it free of dust.

No. It just means dust is coming out. I would clean the inside of the computer and keep it free of dust.

If there is dust in your PC, the dust came from the air outside of the case that was sucked in through the intake vents. It just means that your room was already dusty.
