PSU Advice please

Hi, just wondering which psu is best for my system. dont know much about psu's

Board: gigabyte GA-H67MA-D2H-B3
Graphics evga gtx460
optical cd/dvd writer
cpu i5-2400
4gb ram
3.5" hdd
Case fan

It had a great wall 550sel in it:
550w
5v=18A
12v1 22A
12v2=19A
-12V0.5A
3.3V 27A
5vusb2.5A

I also have a Enermax naxn ENB500AWT:
500w
Output:
· +3.3V@20A
· +5V@15A
· +12V1@41.5A
· -12V@0.3A
· +5VSB@2.5A

Which one is better for my system. Is the 500w enermax going to have to work harder than the 550w great wall. Which one should I keep?

500 watt and 550 watt will both be fine for your system. pick which one you want based on your Budget, the warranties, the reputation of the company and if its modular or not.

If your System is using 460 watts during load then the 550 isnt going to be pulling 550 watts from the wall to power that system.

You have to be careful with Coolermaster they make alot of very poor units, and Corsair also has several not very good units like the CX, VS, CS, and RM. You should also add Super flower and Seasonic to that list as they make some of the best units available.

The Enermax is the best of the 2 and actually has a stronger 12v rail(most important rail). Whats the budget and where are you located and we maybe able to find a better option.
