When I loaded a game yesterday [Gta4] my computer made a really weird crackling/sparking noise, then about 4 minutes later in game, the computer then had a load SPARK noise, and I saw a spark inside the computer flash, then it restarted, I don't know why it did that, it only did this when I sped up my Graphics cards fan, my graphics card is overclocked to 1 Ghz, its a radeon hd 7770, and my power supply is a cheap 450 watt psu, which cost about 50 dollars, and my processor is a i5 4690k 3.5 ghz and 2 2gb ram sticks [4gb]
Oh and I forgot, when I load gta4 my card starts to use a lot more fan power,

Usually that is a piece of hardware shorting out.

Well i would be very concerned about that, i wouldn't power up the system again if you do make sure you have a fire extinguisher handy. Its probably the power supply dying and when cheap power supply's die they can start on fire and/or fry every part thats connected to the power supply. I would get a new power supply before you power it on again.

Thats your best bet, if i heard a sparking noise's coming from my computer i would not use it again until i solved the issue even if it seemed to work fine there is obviously something seriously wrong if u saw and heard a spark, that is not normal.
